Aromatherapy treatments

I offer a range of treatments from bespoke aromatherapy massage, to holistic facials, aroma-reflex (a form of reflexology combined with essential oils), and Reiki healing.

All of my treatments are designed to support a shift into the parasympathetic nervous system through bespoke essential oil blends, and slow intentional touch . When your body feels safe and held it is able to rest deeper and release tension.
